Coaching Philosophy
Coaches with hcSynergy love the game of volleyball and want to share that love with the athletes they coach. They have all gone through an interview process and have played and/or coached in the high school, club or college level. All coaches must be cleared with a background check through the Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA). We require our coaches to be certified in First Aid and Concussion, be IMPACT certified and have completed and passed the Coaching Principles course. The coaches incorporate the skills of the game and sportsmanship in the practices and game experience. They want to help develop the whole individual – mentally, physically, and emotionally.
